I LOVE the picture! The play of light, especially the way it captures her eye, is beautiful. B&W photography can be so powerful. I’m surprised that you hadn’t released that before.

As for what I’m up to … my power is out in my apartment (we’ve been told it probably won’t be back until Thursday) so I’m in the office … trying to get a report done, but obviously getting sidetracked easily. well tyler i read ur bulletin and wrote this in 20mins, u can now prolly fall of to sleep whilst readin this.
insomnia KILLS
She restled with sleep as it evades her,
Deborah has been staring at the clock for hours
as the hands of time ticked by ever so slowly.
She cursed the nights when it creeps up on her
for she fears the tormenting hours of her unrested soul.
She looks at the clock once again and realises
Todd was not home yet from the late business meeting
and the kids are asleep.
Suddenly her ears alerted her of a faint noise
arising from the floor below, she listened again
and knew it was in the kitchen. Her heart rate increased
pulpating furiously, slowly debbie gained her couraged
to arise and cautiously treads to the bedroom door,
but she also remembered to take the gun that Todd
had shown her how to use when he was never there to
protect her.
The bedroom door creaks open, the noise is muffled,
she moves closer to the stairway anticipating the
gory darkness and the murderous spirit roaming her house.
Step by step she draws closer to the bottom of the stairway.
As she reached the last stair, her heart racing, her hands
starts sweating pathetically, making her to lose grip on the rail
of the staircase almost losing balance.
Debbie cursed the moment of insomnia
because it could have prevented this madness of fear and despair.
The noise gained up on her and before Debbie realised the
ugliness of the night, her hands desperately pulled at the trigger.
Something dropped to the floor in the still of the night.
She raced to switch on the lights and when the darkness has fled
the room, debbie looked in horror at what lay before her.

Insomnia is so bad……..I have it off and on……for the most part I want to stay up really late and then go sleep almost half the day…….I went to bed around 3 and now I am up trying to wake my daughter up for school …and then maybe try to go back to bed for awhile….but I have those days when I can’t sleep at all….its hard……my doctor told me to try
meditation techniques…..cds at bed times…..and no caffaine after 5…..I love the meditation it does calm me…but the no caffaine….crap! LOL…..Well if you ever need me I am here for you…….Lots of love….
