For fun tonight? I belong to an esoteric group. Two Saturdays a month, we engage in drum circles, moon gatherings, and honour all Wiccan celebrations. We discuss really cool topics, like E.S.P., the “number 23 enigma”, personal magic, tarot, Nostradamus. Then we end the night with a delicious potluck supper.

Have you ever photographed children?
I run a child care centre several days a week. Some of them are so striking. One little girl I care for looks like she walked right out of a 1930’s black and white movie sound stage — such classic looks. I’ve got a couple of little red-headed boys — “ginger kids” we call ‘em — and they’ve got pure mischief in their eyes. I have one little girl, Charlotte, who has the saddest eyes I’ve ever seen on a child. Some days, I wish I could bring a camera into the centre, but of course, I can’t.
