For the life of me, I can’t remember if I found Tyler, or if he found me. I’ve only been on Myspace for about a month now, and he was, I think, the 3rd person on my friends page, but he is the only photographer; all the rest of my 500-plus friends are musicians, many of whom I know or worked with personally, the rest friends-of-friends. I admire Tyler’s work enormously, and my thinking is that my musician friends will think so too and perhaps seek him out to do head, promo or CD cover shots.

Erica they were amazing!!! it’s my fifth time to see them live, I love it!
they played “hey there delilah” which is pretty much my story hahaahaha…so i was glad to hear it. I like it live so much better than the radio cut.
But The Gypsy Tea Room/Ball Room closing is sadness. That was the first place I ever went to see a concert at and 7 years later, and tons of memories…it’s like a friend died haahaha (slight over play on the dramatics haahaha)

i dyed my hair like a dark reddish brown. im a natural blonde though. i get bored with it a lot. i kind of miss my blonde hair now.

TIPS!!!
chunks look nasty unless someone does them correctly and you have the hair for it…really it wouldn’t look that great witht he black…I’d go blonde subtle pink streaks maybe just in the front, undertones, only a couple…then do natural looking low lights and high lights..
I love hair, I dated a stylist for a while, it worked nicely when it came to my hair hahaha

That’s all dandy to buy from Itunes, but when you do that the band gets NO money from it! Buy from Itunes, but if you want to support the band (which is why I buy cds) you need to buy their cd, and buy merch directly from the band, alot of times companies sell merch but it’s not affiliated with the band. I’m big on support…it’s part of the territory I guess haha

buy them from the stores!! as well as shows…the band gets money that way…but not merch…only from bands websites or shows…

The days of big record labels are OVER!! Music is growing mostly by word of mouth, 90% of bands out there today are independant or not signed at all!!

You would be suprised at the number of major bands are independently signed or not signed at all.
It’s huge in the Christian Rock scene. Very few of those bands are signed with major lables anymore, yet they are touring like crazy. A group called Hawk Nelson is on their 5 tour, just released their 3rd cd, and they were independently signed until just recently. They only signed with Tooth&Na
