As quickly as she was released, Paris Hilton may be headed back to jail.
The heiress will be appearing in court this morning at 9:00 AM Los Angeles time to determine whether or not she has to finish out her sentence in home confinement or in the prison she was released from on Thursday.
This comes after intense criticism from city officials after news broke of her “reassignment.”
Hilton will be facing the same judge that initially sentenced her in the first place.
