I cannot believe that they subpoenaed Michael Moore! That is ridiculous. He is going to have a HUGE case on that if they threaten him with jailtime that is his freedom of speech [which is defined as what you say AND gestures]....therfore if you can burn the american flag on american soil....and talk about anyone you'd like to anyway that you'd like to on here without getting into trouble then he is simply pointing out good talking point topics. If he gets into trouble for that I will have lost a whole lot of faith in this country and it's administrators priorities.
