Insomnia is your friend I got no sleep last night because I had a lot of early work to do this morning then a photoshoot and there was no time to sleep and even if there was for some reason I just could not get tired last night as I did some research I found out a human can go 40 days without food before dying but only 10 without sleep I dont have any information if you go 30 days with no food then try and go 9 without sleep you may die sooner but if you have insomnia you are probably fine as far as eating goes people with insomnia are more likely to eat 20 small meals a day then the normal 3 large ones. The cure for Insomnia is you have to exersice before bed the same time of night if i do 100 sit ups it will take me 1 hour to fall asleep as oppesed to no situps 3 hours to fall asleep so I can say one full proof cure for Insomnia is to get a bit of exercise before you go to bed I know it sounds weird but it helps!
A lot of people take ambient for insomnia but then you have to take it every night before you go to bed that does not work for me so just try and do it with out the pills if you can.

Do you have Insomnia? For as long as I can remember.
What is your cure? Coffee during the day, and hot baths while drinking iced tea at night. A natural cause for sure. The tea calms me down, and the hot bath makes your blood level rise. I’ve read that when your blood level rises and then falls quickly when you get out of the bath, it triggers your body to feel tired. Try it! And even if you can’t sleep, at least you’ll smell nice and be relaxed.
How is your day/night? Lovely.

I’ve tried exercising before bed, but it just makes me even more awake. I find reading while already lying in bed works. I read somewhere that smelling vanilla helps you to fall asleep, so vanilla air fresheners might help.

The longest I’ve gone without sleep is probably 48 or so hours. Never close to the fatal 10 day rule.

There’s nothing like crashing after being awake for so long! I love it. Energy drinks make me crash, for sure. I mean, they keep me up and running for a while but once it wears off, I am out like a light.

Well actually Tyler I am planning on getting an internship as a Talent Agent somewhere while I finish my degree in Marketing. I have this idea of marketing Models, actors, and musicians or bands. I don’t know how feasible it is to get my hands on all three markets I haven’t head of any one doing that much, I might end up in one market. okay so my cure for insomnia is much like yours, Tyler. I run for thirty minutes, two hours before I want to go to bed. That usually helps me get to sleep, sometimes it simply makes more awake than I was before. Reading never helps…occasionally I will just stay up till I fall asleep where ever I am at. That’s a happened a couple times…when I wake up trying to figure out where I am is strange at times haha.
My day has just begun, I’ve been asleep for the past 24hours. That happens after I have been awake for a while, I just get worn out, fall asleep and hit like a comatose state haha. Slightly unhealthy I am sure.
Well I’m off to do something I was supposed to do yesterday.
