I run for thirty minutes, two hours before I want to go to bed. That usually helps me get to sleep, sometimes it simply makes more awake than I was before. Reading never helps...occasionally I will just stay up till I fall asleep where ever I am at. That's a happened a couple times...when I wake up trying to figure out where I am is strange at times haha. My day has just begun, I've been asleep for the past 24hours. That happens after I have been awake for a while, I just get worn out, fall asleep and hit like a comatose state haha. Slightly unhealthy I am sure.
