Crazy last 2 days I just finished doing a lot of shoots some really fun stuff but now it is deadline time a bunch of features and one cover all have to be turned in this week. For any of you young photographers out there something that is very important when you start working with magazines is FTP it is where you upload the files straight to the magazine via the internet saves time and money so get yourself an ftp client either cute ftp or any of those kind some are free some are like 39.99. Also something else that is very important is File management getting proper file names and right formats to the client. The proper file type for Print is CMYK TIFF that is what all the printers use for your portfolio you want to use RGB TIFF these are very important things that will make you look a lot more professional to your clients. If you do have to give your client the files on disk Use the blank DVD-R’s with no logos on the front keep them simple and sleek and you will be all good depending on how big your job is sometimes you can have 40 gigs of photos this is where you need an external hard drive that you bill to the client then deliver the photos on that and your good to go but make sure you always BACK UP YOUR WORK!

So today I watched this video it is 9 min long but I just had to watch the whole thing. I know a lot of people dont watch David Letterman anymore but this is one of his finest performances I have seen in a long time As he Rips into Paris Hilton she was none to excited and almost looked like she wanted to leave at one point and cry at another after that Dave started drinking her perfume which was amazing and my all time favorite Letterman qoute “I will buy you a parakeet” Click on this link to check out the video you will love it I promise!

After no sleep last night and a long day today shooting I just made some Atomic chicken it could have been the spiciest thing I have ever had in my life WOW I had o eat some bread just to cool it down very intense!!!

In T.V. News last night Greys Anatomy BOMBED in the ratings way less viewers I guess everyone watch CSI,so if your a fan of the show and you want it to stick around you better start watching it because this could be the beginning of the end for the most popular show of Last year. Speaking of T.V. Heroes did extremely well on its opening and last night I watched the office which was amazing as well!

Sleep it the enemy and I am winning the war I could not sleep last night I tried and tried and nothing and now I have to leave to a shoot I am doing today I will try my best to get you a little video footage and post as soon as its done and let you know how it went. Should be a really fun shoot and I will tell you who it is with later in the day. 6:15 am right now My morning snack will be Toast and O.J. the best breakfast ever!!!

In movie news The Darjeeling Limited (wes anderson-owenwilson movie ) comes out tomorrow in L.A. and NY so check that out if you get a chance also out today everywhere The Kingdom the Jamie Fox movie filled with guns and grenades.

Shoot Shoot Shoot Snakes Snakes Snakes

Had an amazing cover shoot for Senses magazine yesterday there were SNAKES!!! Snakes and I mean big big snakes 10 foot pythons and other types of snakes. I will say it is a very weird thing when your standing on top of someone taking a photo and all you can see is the what you see through the lense and there is a giant snack making a crazy hissing noise rubbing its face all over your leg…

Then there was another shot were I happened to be in an elevator shaft where he had snakes places all around hanging down very very interested to work with those things you can not directed them I gave the Python a name “Larry” but all jokes aside you could tell who was s snake person and who wasnt on the set.

In music News Whitey has just had there song “Wrap it up” added to Indie 103.1 in la which is a cool indie station here and Hopefully everyone will catch on and start playing them all over look for them on Itunes you will love them!

Just spoke to Busy Philipps and I am excited to say she is going to be featured in the Dec issue of Item magazine I will have more info soon on this but it should be awesome and it will be great to see Busy in Item if you don’t know Busy Philipps she was on Freaks and Geeks then she was on Dawsons Creek followed by E.R. and now she has a new film coming out sometime later this year starring Patrick Dempsey as I know more on when this comes out I will fill you in and you should pick up the Issue for sure I should have some really cool people in the Dec Issue!

Late night Early morning I am on my way to a cover shoot right now morning goes a little something like this quick shower followed by a Turkey sandwich next some loud music (song of the day below) checking emails calling to make sure everything is set up for the shoot loading up the gear in the car then write a quick blog and out the door… I will try to post from the shoot if I can or as soon as I am done I will let you know how it went.

Doing a new cover shoot tomorrow which will be fun then on Sunday I am doing a very exciting shoot with someone (a girl) who I really like. As the shoots happen I will keep you updated but they should be really fun none the less.

In the current issue of Item Magazine there is an 8 page feature on the Wayne Hadly ads I did if you get a chance pick up Item and check out the spread things always look better in print always nice to see them in there I will be working on some more things with Item and will keep you updated on that as more unfolds. Today was a crazy day busy busy lots of work to be done. Working on a new shoot for this week then another shoot on the weekend both will be super fun and I will keep you updated as more unfolds on both of those. Some where tonight over 17 million people watched the second season of Heroes which is a crazy amount of people.

If you follow politics then read this-

Ahmadinejad portrayed himself as an intellectual and argued that his administration respected reason and science. But the former engineering professor, appearing shaken and irate over he called “insults” from his host, soon found himself drawn into the type of rhetoric that has alienated American audiences in the past.

He provoked derisive laughter by responding to a question about Iran’s execution of homosexuals by saying: “In Iran we don’t have homosexuals like in your country … I don’t know who’s told you that we have this.”

Columbia’s president, Lee Bollinger, set the combative tone in his introduction of Ahmadinejad: “Mr. President, you exhibit all the signs of a petty and cruel dictator.”

This guy is in NY city right now but they would not let him go anywhere un watched so he gave a speech at Columbia U today

Heroes Returns with season 2 and man people are very excited about it! Heroes airs at 9pm on NBC Just in case you have yet to see it here is the preview for season 2 of Heroes HEROES 2

People are very fanatical about this show just like they were after the first season of LOST,hopefully season 2 will be good and not fall off like many other tv shows do in season 2 either way it will be fun to watch where they go with it…
Sunday night had an amazing new episode of Family Guy the “STAR WARS” episode which was funny I must say I loved it
