    i didnt watch the emmys but i did watch “inside the living body” on national geographic.

    when i cant sleep i like to listen to music or write. i just got done updating my website.

    I cant cure my insomnia if i tried. Im addicted to Dallas Swat & I love lucy.

    Yes extremely good. My friend is on there.
    So, I enjoy watching it and I learn what areas never to go to in Dallas.

    when i cant sleep my minds too active. i usually have a cup of hot green tea and close my eyes while i drink it. i listen to Air talkie walkie or pocket symphony while im drinking. it seems to work

    I actually haven’t seen the last episode yet!! Don’t telllll me. I’m watching them all on Netflix right now, and I just finished season 4. It’s outrageous.
