Music is not Dead is a new photo in a series I am doing which also includes the “Kill your TV” and “Sleep is the enemy” photos I am excited to do more of these and hope to do a show just on what I call my “Dirty Art” collection and I suppose that will be the name of the show down the road, Music is not Dead is the latest in this series but it also has a much deeper meaning as a lot of the labels are in a tough time but I feel like so many people depend on music to get by day by day.
Today I am off to a shoot and have still not slept and it is about 5:30 am so I guess sleep is the enemy.

I’m currently sitting down in my room, in the middle! naked, drinking tea, making art… my windows are open the breeze is coming in, and the light is shinning through my window. i feel really calm, and i like to wake up this early because it allows me to feel as if i have a longer day then any other day this past week. i bought new plants this weekend so there are some all over my room.
Im painting and drawing and having my imac beside me, and saw you bulletin, therefore this is my inresponse.

I am teaching two year olds today cause their teacher called in sick, they are a lot easier to watch than my threes haha. So that relieves a bit of stress haha.

I work in studios a lot, I love the recording and engineering side of music…but I have also managed a couple independant bands, and promotional work seems interesting.

Earlier tonight I ordered a pizza online from Papa Johns and an hour went by and it still hadn’t come, so I called the store manager. You know what he said? I don’t have enough drivers and, if you don’t like it, you can call the online number. I got so mad!!! I totally chewed him out (without yelling) and he said the pizza was on its way and on the house. Bad service is one of my pet peeves. What is yours, Tyler?

to get into promotions I had a lot of help form Mat Devine the lead singer of Kill Hannah and Tom HIMs tour manager but I pretty much started out doing fliers and such and graduated to actually getting a license and freelance promoting untill I actually started getting paid

insomnia is indeed fun haha. I miss not sleeping, but sleep is nice when I get it. I still don’t sleep a whole whole lot…but it’s sleep.
Ashlee your professor is definately wrong. He needs too look at independant groups that are coming out. Many of them have a 60s vibe that I really really like haha.
Bubble baths are nice, I have not had one in a long time…I currently do not have a tub though, and I cannot take bubble baths haha…but they are a big stress relief definately Ab Fab
