My friend Busy has a new movie which just came out Made of Honor a lot of people saw it over the weekend although nothing can stop Iron Man but hey if your into it check out Busy she is amazing and she had a great time making the movie… Today I am off to a meeting down south which will be really fun meeting with one of my favorite guys in the biz we always get up to some crazy stuff and I will let you know how that goes as well. This weekend is looking like it is going to be packed with shoots make sure you check back for those asap!

Not bad. I won $300 the other week off of $50. I haven’t been doing as well lately, just holding my own.
The Derby sucked for me - with the Eight Belles tragedy. But, unfortunately, that’s the way things go. I’m not being cold-hearted, AT ALL. I was crying as much or more than the trainer / owners / et al. What happened to “My Shining Star” Gordon? Where was that?
I never bet more than my weekly budget of $50. If I goes, I’m done. It’s mostly for fun. I also work at the track as a mutuels teller.
I’m going to work at Del Mar this year and stay with a friend of mine who’s a horse trainer and she’s going to teach me how to train. I’m looking forward to that. I’ll be dealing with the REAL horses asses, not just the horses asses whose money I’m taking! hahahahaha No offense to you, Gordon. You’re probably a cool guy who WOULDN’T be rude to me.

I’m in Arkansas at the moment. I was working at Oaklawn. It’s over now, so I was waiting to go to the Derby and worked - that fell through at the last minute. So, I’m going to go to Baltimore next week and work at the Preakness.
Arkansas is reeeeeeeaaaaaaaaalllllllly boring. I’m from here, but even that doesn’t help! LOL

Arkansas is very beautiful, with lots of trees and green grass and mountains and rivers. It’s nice for a small amount of time. Then I’m wanting to talk to people and it all goes downhill! If I could just sit in a forest, next to a stream, I’d like it a whooooole lot here. That just isn’t reality, ya know?! LOL

I’ll tell you where the forest is REALLY nice - Oregon. I didn’t like Portland, but I really adored the rainforest out in the middle of nowhere. Now THAT was heaven!

Yes. But be prepared to get totally lost. Make her do all of the driving. Portland is a total mindwarp.
I’ve been to 34 out of 50 states, 8 European countries (I lived in 2) and I could not find my butt with both hands in Portland.
I had actually planned on moving there this summer, but I changed my mind - QUICKLY.
If you have a friend there, definitely GO. It’s beautiful and the weather is nice in the summer. It’ll be waaaaaay better than Texas, fer sure! And maybe you’ll jibe with the layout of the city - unlike me.
You’ll definitely be one of the cutest girls in town! The girls there… Hmmm. LOL

Trust me about the girls thing. Lots of Germans / Scandinavians up there. I’m not in to girls necessarily. I’m in to people watching. I didn’t find a lot of the people up there aesthetically pleasing. Just me.
And trust your friend about the getting lost thing. That place is a TOTAL nightmare. Make her drive or take the MAX / bus, if possible.
Even if you can read a map well, like I can, and have a good sense of direction, which I do, you often can’t even find where you are on the map or discern which direction you are going or need to go to get to your destination.
I lived in London for 5 years, outskirts / countryside of England for 1 year; Paris for 1 year.
I liked it. I recommend it.
