I love this! When I was little my grandmother would play old disney cartoons for me and my cousins. This reminds me of an old 30’s gangster spoof, wonderful.

Interesting take on emotional balance. Seems like the mouse mask represents artificial innocence. Innocence is only balanced on one leg, which seems to represent a fragile core foundation. The other leg sticks out, exposing a sort of vulnerability. The gun barely even registers except to be aimed away from the artificial innocence of the mouse mask.
Ha, my first thought was “That’s a big gun”, but it shifted to “Innocence needs to protect itself”. Hm. Different.
