    Could you destroy furniture?  Like..obviously, it would be a bit expensive.  But get a ton of furniture(like a bedroom set) and destroy it all no matter what it takes!

    Another idea would be maybe getting a TON of candy, and as messy as this seems, : melt it all and have people sit in it for picturess!!  FUN photo shoot!
